Founders
Netexplo was founded by Martine Bidegain and Thierry Happe.
Their management experience in human resources and communication, together with their work in select think tank of CEOs and HR vice-presidents of major French corporations, led them to create a global observatory of new digital practices. They describe themselves above all as observers, discoverers and guides seeking to help French businesses adapt to society’s digital revolution.
From the outset they enjoyed valuable support from the French Senate, particularly Chairmen Jacques Valade and Louis de Broissia, now French Ambassador at Large for Asia and Chairman of the Public Interest Group on Digital TV, respectively.
